School Business Plan 2021 - 2024

Maidens Park Primary School is an Independent Public School located in the City of Bunbury that caters for the educational needs of approximately 175 students. Our school is a place where Every Child Matters, every day.

Our business plan describes the four priority areas in which we will focus our school improvement journey over the coming 4 years:

Student Achievement
Wellbeing
High Quality Teaching and Leadership
Relationships and Partnerships

These areas have been identified after rigorous assessment of student and school performance data and seeks to complement the Department of Education’s Strategic Plan for WA Public Schools Building on Strength. ‘Every student, every classroom, every day’ is the foundation of the intent of our plan.

Our school is a vibrant and eclectic socio economic community where everyone belongs. We understand that the flourishing health and wellbeing of our students, staff and families is a precursor to creating a culture where all stakeholders perform at their best. Students, in a safe, caring and inclusive learning environment are provided with high quality teaching, led by an effective distributed leadership team.

We also understand and value the strength in nurturing positive partnerships across our school and wider community, believing that by maximizing parent input and communication we increase opportunities for our students to reach their potential.
