Maidens Park Primary School

The Maidens Park Primary School Board endorse the Schools Voluntary Contributions.

The School Education Act 1999 sets that the maximum amount of Voluntary Contributions cannot exceed $60 per child. Maidens Park Primary School have set the amount of contribution, and parents and carers are being asked to pay as low as possible to ensure that the school can still provide a quality environment for children to learn in.

Money collected will supplement school expenditure in the areas listed below. The actual costs per child are shown in the table below. While Contributions are voluntary, the quality of our teaching and learning program will be maximised when each family contributes to the cost of supplementing funding gained from other sources, including State and Commonwealth governments.
